New face of Noida after Development in Commercial Space and Mall in Noida

To cater the demand of residential property in Noida some of the prominent national as also international realty players got into action to acquire farm land from the regional farmers at high end prices which proved to be lucrative equation for the latter too! The governmental interventions were a timely response and provided the much needed boost to basic infrastructure here.

The huge influx of population here in the past decade has also produced the demand for development of consumer zones in the form of markets, recreation zones and shopping mall in Noida.
